Terms of Service

Resit Asia lets you send receipts via WhatsApp; we read, organise, categorise and securely store them so they are ready for tax time. The service is a record-keeping tool and does not provide tax, legal or financial advice.

Your WhatsApp phone number is your account identity. You are responsible for keeping your device and WhatsApp account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

You agree not to: upload fake, forged or fraudulent receipts; use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or abuse the service; or share or resell access without our permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Plans are billed annually in cryptocurrency (USDT) via our payment provider. Activation is automatic once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown on the website; we may change prices for future renewals with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Free plan includes 20 receipts for the lifetime of the account at no cost. Additional receipts require a paid subscription. Free plan limits may change with notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or make changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, data errors, or delays.

You retain ownership of your receipts. We process and store them as described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend you keep your own copies of important receipts.

The Resit Asia name, logo, website and software are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost tax deductions or penalties.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or illegal activity. On termination, you may export or request deletion of your data.

We may update these Terms; the latest version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
