Refund Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

This policy explains when and how refunds are handled for Resit Asia plans. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT), all refunds, if approved, are returned in USDT to the originating wallet address.

1. No refunds after activation

Once a plan has been activated (activation happens automatically when your payment is confirmed by our payment provider), the subscription fee is non-refundable. This includes promotional plans purchased with the "2 months free" annual offer.

2. Before activation

If you paid but the plan has not been activated (for example, the payment is still pending or was declined by our provider), we will help you complete the activation. If the payment cannot be completed, the amount will be returned to your originating wallet address automatically by our payment provider.

3. Service not as described

If the service is unusable due to a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund. Each case is reviewed individually; approved refunds are paid in USDT to the originating wallet within 7 business days.

4. Duplicate or over-payments

If you are charged twice or the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the excess in USDT to the originating wallet.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@resit.asia with your WhatsApp number, the transaction ID (payment ID shown on your checkout page), and the reason. We respond within 3 business days.

6. Cancellation

You can stop using the service at any time, but cancellation does not trigger a refund unless Section 3 or 4 applies. Your stored receipts remain accessible until your account is closed or deleted.
Questions? Email support@resit.asia or message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply within one business day.
